  • -  HORUS-ERP options and additional services payments can be purchased only in Euro. If you are a customer buying from a non-euro country, you can still pay from your account in a different denomination, however a currency exchange will take place to convert the amount due from EUR to your denomination using PayPal's exchange rate.
    -  Select the country in which your company is registered (the country of your billing address) to access information on local rates and prices. Any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) will be added on billing, if necessary.
    -   Unlike a gaming or news portal, HORUS-ERP is a professional application which not only that it gives you the tools to manage your business, but also gives you an edge over the competition by empowering you to supervise and control from a global viewpoint. Therefore, a long term commitment is required to get the best out of it.
    -   The access period represents the initial interval for which you want to use the HORUS-ERP application on your dedicated virtual server.
    -   We advise you to select a shorter period of time (however, not less than 6 months) in order to get acquainted with the application and functions and then extend your subscription with similar intervals of time when you receive our e-mail reminders.
    -   In addition please consider the following conditions:
    -   The access period can be increased or decreased at any time after the first signup;
    -   HORUS-ERP existing customers may cancel their access during an access period. However, the cancellation clause stated in the Terms of Use policy will apply;
    -   You may cancel your subscription at any time before the beginning of the next payment period of time;
    -   In case you decide to cancel your subscription, your payments will be due for all preceding and for the entire current payment cycle.
    E.g: Let's assume that you have selected access period 6 months of access with a montly payment plan. After using HORUS-ERP for five months you decide to close your company and consequently decide to cancel your HORUS-ERP subscription and payments. In this situation if you cancel before the end of the 5th month you will not have to pay the 6th month. However if you will cancel the access after the hour 00.00 calculated on GMT time of first day of the 6th month, then you will have to pay the full amount for the 6th month as well.
    -   The "access date" is the date at which you would like to start using the HORUS-ERP application
    -   This option is very useful when you sign up on the weekend and wish to start on the first business day, or if you want to begin access at the beginning of the following month.
    -   Your Payment interval will also start on this Access Date. Also, all subsequent recurring payments will refer to this initial Access Date.
    -   This is the interval at which you agree to make the payments.
    -   The payments interval can be by monthly, quarterly, every six months or yearly.
    -   You will receive regular reminders well in advance of your next payment due date.
    -   Wire transfer or electronic payments through PAYPAL are the only options available at this time.
    -   The electronic payments will guide you to the secure PAYPAL payment server.
    -   Once you have selected one of the two payment methods we will keep tracking the payments with our bank based on the selected option, and send you payments confirmation and invoices by e-mail.
    -   Once the payment is confirmed by the payment agent, a full HORUS-ERP Enterprise Application with MS SQL-2008 virtual database server will be automatically installed. The application will become available in minutes after the signup process is completed and will be ready to be used on the Access Date you have required. Please note that the payment confirmation from the selected intermediary payment agent may take longer than expected and your dedicated virtual server will only be accessible when the payment is confirmed.
    -   The HORUS-ERP application and database virtual server setup process will be completed according to the options you select when you apply, and it will be initialized with the company and user data you specify at the 3rd step of the sign-up process. When the sign-up and setup processes are completed, your own HORUS-ERP Enterprise application with your dedicated virtual MS SQL-2008 database server will be available at any time and anywhere. However, it is important to know that once you start using the HORUS-ERP application you will be 100% responsible for its administration and control.
    -   At all times, your dedicated HORUS-ERP application will use at any time the entire network of HORUS servers.
    -   The HORUS-ERP world wide Enterprise Server Network technology makes it possible to guarantee your database availability and secure protection, regular backups and overall reliability.
    -   The full HORUS-ERP Enterprise subscription (including all necessary software licenses and hardware requirements) will cost you only 100 Euro / month. Also, this price includes the possibility to manage 1 company (the normal price is 10 Euro/ Company/month), 2 users (the normal price is 10 Euro/User/month) as well as 2 GB of database storage every year, for as long as you keep your subscription active (read more about purchase conditions and prices).
    -   Once installed, the HORUS-ERP Enterprise application will offer full access and unlimited use of the entire application for the purchased number of users; it will allow complete administration and accounting processes for the number of purchased companies (assigned companies) and it will allow the creation of a virtually unlimited number of database documents, restrained only by the server storage capacity. You can order extra storage at your leisure.
    HORUS-ERP Enterprise application & MS SQL-2008 virtual server:
    - together with MS SQL-2008 virtual server at the standard price of 100 Euro per month which also includes:
  •  which can be fully administrated;
  •  
  •  database storage capacity / year, for as long as you keep your subscription active.
  •  - HORUS-ERP will allow you to administrate and to perform the accounting processes only for the paid number of companies. However, if you are managing or intend to manage a large organization group which includes several companies with different legal statutes or you are an accounting or management office and you intend to take over the administration of several other smaller companies, then you will have to purchase additional companies to fulfill your organization necessities. Each 1 (one) additional company will cost you only 10Euro/month and you can add as many additional companies as you need. Remember that 1 company is included in the standard price of your HORUS-ERP Enterprise application. Discounts are available for customers with multiple company accounts:

    2.  companies: 5% discount
    3. companies: 10% discount
    4.  companies: 15% discount
    5.  companies: 20% discount
    6. companies: 25% discount
     - HORUS-ERP will allow full access only for the number of purchased users. However, you may purchase additional users at any time and as many as you need. For each paid user we offer you 1 GB/year of database storage for free. Each 1 (one) additional user will cost you only 10 Euro/month and you can add as many additional users as you need. Remember that 2 users are included in the standard price of your HORUS-ERP Enterprise application. Customers with more than two HORUS-ERP users may receive a discount:

    2.  users: 5% discount
    3.  users: 10% discount
    4.  users: 15% discount
    5.   users: 20% discount

    Each new additional purchased user will also include 1 GB of database storage for free per year, for as long as you keep your subscription active with the corresponding number of additional users.
     - For each additional user, we will offer you 1GB of database storage for free per year. According to our statistics, an engineering and architectural design company with 10 application users will produce about 20GB of database information per year If your company produces large amounts of data by uploading attachments such as pictures, movies, drawings, etc. then we recommend that you purchase a minimum of 1 extra GB per user per year. Each 1 (one) additional GB of database storage will cost you only 1 Euro/month and you can increase your storage capacity as much as you need. Remember that 2 GB/year are included in the standard price of your HORUS-ERP Enterprise application. Additional database storage capacity applicable discounts are:

    All these prices may change in time depending on various factors, including the electricity price, the hardware and software costs, the operation and maintenance costs, the local taxes and any other conditions which may have an impact on the costs we have to cover.
    -   Before configuring HORUS-ERP enterprise server, it is highly recommended that you (re)evaluate your entire business and to create appropriate rules, standards and procedures within your company.
    -   This process will help your company redefine who is doing what, when and how - and will bring you huge savings in a very short period of time.

    -   If you have already created a database of this type using other applications, we can offer assistance on importing your existing information into the HORUS-ERP RDB (Resources Database).
    -  However, we do not guarantee that your existing databases will transition perfectly into the HORUS-ERP RDB database.
    -   HR & PAYROLL setup is mandatory to fulfill the regulations of your country.
    -   If the standard HR and PAYROLL configuration and the available administration tools do not satisfy your requirements, the HORUS-ERP team can assist you with the implementation of new procedures.
    -   HR & PAYROLL setup entailes among other things:
  • Defining the correct roles and positions for each user;
  • Defining the individual HR account;
  • Defining the work planning for each individual user;
  • Defining the holidays for each individual user;
  • Creating the Time Sheet template;
  • Setup of the Time Sheet approval rules;
  • Setup of the PAYROLL template;
  • PAYROLL approval process (who is responsible for approvals);

    -   The standard training consists of one or multiple online webinars, where our trainers will work through the Internet, together with your team, on your HORUS-ERP application or on a test sandbox. However, the following conditions have to be met for these trainings:
  • Your team is of minimum 5 users and is ready to attend the training in your office training room;
  • You have good and reliable internet connection;
  • Each user attending the training should have their own terminal;
  • Our trainer will work with your team through internet.
  • -   This is a special training course for those customers who wish to have their own IT team managing and setting up the company HORUS-ERP server on their own.
    -   In order to be eligible for this type of training:
  • Your IT team (minimum 5 users) should be well qualified and have all the knowledge required to attend this training;
  • Your team should be ready to attend the training in your office training facilities;
  • Your internet connection should be stable and reliable;
  • Each user attending the training should have their own terminal;
  • Our trainer will work with your team through internet.
  • -   The standard price includes weekly back-ups for all of your activity on your HORUS-ERP virtual server.
    -   The standard price also includes daily back-ups for your the last 30 days of activity on your HORUS-ERP virtual server.
    -   Upon your request, we will be able to restore any backup we hold for your HORUS-ERP application.
    -   This additional service gives you the possibility to obtain any object (any interface screen, documents, tasks, attached files, etc.) of your HORUS-ERP application transformed into PDF format, ready to be printed.
    -   We will not leave you empty handed should you ever decide to cancel your subscription.
    -   On your request, we will be able to export the data stored on your HORUS-ERP application (Address Book, Resourced Database, Tasks, etc.) in a format which you will be able to reuse in a different but similar application.
